To get a shipping quote, simply add the item or items to a cart and enter your address for shipping options and costs. Shipping cost is calculated based on the total weight of the order.

If a shipping option is not offered for your country, please contact us for a quote. We typically ship via post, but UPS is available for faster delivery needs or for jurisdictions where the postal service is unreliable. *NOTE: We have currently suspended UPS service due to rapidly decreasing reliability. A replacement will be offered soon. 

Tracked shipping is guaranteed. If you do not receive your order it will be fully refunded. We no longer offer non-tracked shipping due to the long transit times and absence of guarantees.

Please note that the shipping times listed are estimates based on the shippers information. They are not guarantees as there are many factors outside of our control that can delay shipping.

Returns are accepted for full refund if the product is not as described in the listing. Other returns are accepted less the shipping cost. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Please note, particularly in regard to electrical parts, that only items that are clearly stated as having been tested can be guaranteed. While untested parts are non-refundable, we do make every effort to provide a replacement if possible.

Shipping is not offered on very large items or items over 30kg. This includes primarily motorcycle frames and complete engines. Please contact us to discuss pick-up for these items.

Any orders can be picked up by appointment, at 720 4th Ave. E., Owen Sound, Ontario.
