Paint is scratched and chipped throughout.
Chrome crown cover is very good.
Threaded fender mounts at the drop-outs.
Includes headset in good condition.

360mm from bottom of crown to axle centre.
Accommodates 27 x 1 1/4in wheel. 
94mm OLD between dropouts.
